Many companies won't accept zipped folders just incase they contain a virus or other nasties.
A good AV scanner should detect these before unzipping, but I suppose that companies don't want to take the risk as it could well end up costing them a lot of time and money if something gets through.
Off topic but I've had the reverse
company would not accept an access database in its native format ......but would accept it zipped up0 -
Thanks for all the help. I've got it sorted now. My daughter re-scanned them using her laptop and they're all in one file now.0
