No, I hate buskers. Especially those begging for cash while playing clearly expensive instruments. And around here they tend to be crap anyway...0

There are always teenagers busking in my local town centre. Most are male, play a guitar and sing. I'd say some were around 14 years old.
It gives them practice, and confidence in playing in public, and earns some pocket money. Jobs are short at the moment, so I think it is to be commended. They aren't actively begging, but have a open case for donations.

Yes..Here in Chester we have all kinds of buskers for the tourists and often there are classical music players under 16..
My mate who is a professional musician and is quite well known started off busking in chester when he left school at 16..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
