Recommended builder in Hertfordshire

Hi

I am looking for a decent builder to finish off a downstairs toilet we inherited when we bought our house last year.

Needs a new floor, skirting, maybe an extractor and some tidying up.

We are based in Croxley near Watford. Have looked at Trust a Trader - but have heard that some of these type of sites can be misleading.

Can anyone recommend someone decent? if not any ideas the best places to find good tradesmen?
