Matt had a rather unusual dream: to become a cheesemonger in the highly competetive French cheese industry. To accomplish this, however, he would have to make huge sacrifices: give up a good job as an accountant in England and say goodbye to his friends and family, move to a country in which he struggled with the language and try to compete on equal terms with established experts. Yet only a year later he was being crowned Champion de France des Fromagers. The Cheese and I is the remarkable story of he pulled off such an incredible feat.
We have three copies of the book to give away. To enter, have a think about this question: Sharpham, Kelston Park and Cranborne are all English versions of which famous French cheese? -
Then email me ian@thecheeseshed.com with your answer (make sure you have 'Matt Feroze book' in the subject line) Sharpham, Kelston Park and Cranborne are all English versions of this famous French cheese ... Brie .
