I ordered a product on amazon and it is yet to be delivered over two weeks after the estimated delivery date.

I ordered one of your products on 29/07/13, it was dispatched by 30/07/13. The money was taken out of my account 01/08/2013.
I am yet to receive the product (11/08/13), but the expected delivery date was 02/08/13 - 06/08/13.

I sent this via the contact the seller part of the site, but I originally sent it on the 11th - a weekend - and they got back to me saying the customer services is closed on the weekend.

I forgot about it because it is only a small item but I sent it again today (20/08/13).

What are my rights as a consumer regarding an undelivered/potentially very late product?

Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund.

Might be an idea to go into Your Account > Your Orders and report a problem that way.
