LL claimed against you via Northampton. One or other of you applied for a hearing in your local court, I would imagine.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
  • Yes we have been to court for a section 8 and i put part20 counterclaim.I had to submit more documents and photos and my LL had to reply to my claim. The next stage would be direction questionnaires but when i log into CLAIMS ONLINE is says transfer out pre judgment which has confused me,so was just wondering if anyone has come across this before.
    Thanks

As Valhaller says, it is probably that the case is being transferred from the claim's centre in Nottingham to your local court, or your landlord's local court.

If it is already in your local court then the best thing to do is to telephone the court directly to ask what this means, if you're worried.

It is not that difficult. The case is not going to be heard by the originating court it was lodged at and likely to be heard at the defendants court
  • Thank You me understand now
