I switched using the link from mmse to British Gas with the promise of £90 cashback.Now i am getting the run around from Energy Helpline who did the switch.Excuse after excuse.Has anyone else had this problem?
I have asked the team here to look into it...i am thinking Watchdog!:mad:

As MSE Martin also warns, cashback, in particular from third parties, is never guaranteed until is is safely in your bank account.
