    pardon i dont understand
  • If you did have PPI on your mortgage it probably would have shown up on your bank statements as a separate monthly direct debit so would be easy to spot.

And there's nothing wrong with having PPI - unless it was mis-sold to you. With mortgages it's generally thought a good idea unless your circumstances meant it was unsuitable. What would your reason for a mis-sale be if you did have it?

Surely you would know better than us. After all, it would be a direct debit on your account. We dont have access to you current account.

It fascinates me that people think simply having PPI is reason enough to make some sort of claim.

It fascinates me even more that people have had their mortgage for 24 years and haven't noticed whether or not they are paying a PPI premium.

tell me about it, also it worries me that customers where I have worked are cancelling PPI and life insurances policies because they are supposedly bad and want to gamble on cancelling it for a small windfall. Its PPI so must be mis-sold, obviously.

Its insurance to protect your home and prized asset not cruddy PPI on a credit card (why Martin Lewis do you never state this on TV? ). the redress gets spent on a holiday or car or clears a bill, then you get made redundant, then what?? lose your home that your wife and kids live in, well done.
