Copy/Paste from Excel to O/Express

Hi DVB
Sorry I misunderstood your last but now I understand.
I have pasted from Excel into Word and then selected the table and pasted that into O/Express. Unfortunately it is exactly the same effect as when I copy/paste direct from Excel.
Mr Skint,
I have tried what you said but this just attaches the Excel file to e-mail. As most, if not all, of our members don't have Excel they can't open the attachment when they receive it, so I have been told.
Thanks for all your efforts guys, I shall just have to continue with the way I have been doing it but if you do get any further ideas let me know.
Many thanks.

Thanks Mr Skint but no good I'm afraid.
The contents of the worksheet do get copied over whichever method I have used but all the formatting is lost after pasting, so the names and numbers really don't mean much.

Have you tried repairing Excel? Help - Detect & Repair
Is the formatting lost if you paste into Notepad?0 -
This problem has been annoying me, I've tried sending a spreadsheet to myself with and without borders, the formatting stays whatever I do
In 'options', click the 'send' tab. The 'HTML' box is ticked for the Mail Sending Format. Click HTML Settings, where it says 'Encode text using', mine is set to 'quoted printable'. Dunno what that means, just thought it might make a difference if you check it on your settings

Try this - open the spreadsheet, click 'file', click 'save as web page'. Try copying from this new file (it's saved as an HTML document) into your message.Bulletproof0
