Accessories for Creative Zen M Vision

Im going to buy the Creative Zen M Vision mp3 player and wanted a bit of advice regarding accessories and how much theyre likely to cost.

I wouldnt mind getting some speakers and was wondering which ones I should get.

Also, Id like to stream the music via my car stereo. What are the options and does anyone have any recommendations? Please mention cost if you can.
