Onetel and 1571 answer phone service

When having wait almost a week and contcating Ontel there now appears to be a fault with teh sevice, just bloody great.

I dont think the 1571 BT service works with Ontel and I havent received a single message with BT service in over 6 weeks which is odd. I normally get opne or two at least.

I aint happy with ontel and am considering leaving tbh. I dont like the India servcie centre its worse than useless they tell you nothing.

You can of course sign up for TalkTalk Option 1 which is similar to the Onetel w/ends only offer.

Free calls at the w/ends (haven't checked the times as yet) but the calls are for 70 minutes and calls during the week in the evenings are 5p for 70 mins.

Free calls for up to three hours with other TalkTalk users at any time, handy if your friends and family are with TalkTalk and if you refer your friends and
family their is a referral fee.

As the Onetel offer has now finished I am going to check out other offers tonight and put up a post with call charges and times.
