Are you saying that after 3 years he has not been buried/cremated?
If he has there must be a death certificate on public record.
We had an Interim Death Certificate a month after he was killed so his body could be released for the funeral. We are still waiting for a proper Death Certificate to be issued and to hear from the Coroner.0 -
I really think you should get in touch with the Coroner's Office if you haven't already. Three years is a long time to wait for an inquest, although not unknown, but certainly the Coroner's officer should be keeping you informed.

Thought I would give you an update after 4 years. Finally got a death certificate for my dad, took over 3 years. Still unable to locate relevant solicitor. Saved all my money up and decided to fix the house up and I have now moved in.0
