No bed in furnished house

I rented a 4 bed furnished property at the beginning of the month. In the viewings there were 4 beds, and on moving day there were only 3. (No problem initially as only two of us are in for the first month.)

I emailed the agency on the 2nd to ask about getting a fourth bed. They replied same day and said they would sort it. Fast forward to this weekend, I'd still heard nothing about the bed. Emailed and rang them and they said one was on order.

The other two tenants are moving in next week so it's crucial to get the bed in. Is there anything I can do to force them to supply the bed in time? I figured as we viewed the house with 4 beds it should come with 4, and I don't fancy paying rent just to sleep on the floor/sofa.

Thanks,
Ed

    1) WRITE. To the landlord, cc the agent. Addresson tenancy agreement

    2) go and sit in the agent's office till they sort it?

Are all four beds on the inventory? If so and a bed has gone missing, has anything else gone?

When you leave, you don't want to have to pay out to replace things that disappeared between the inventory being made and you moving in.

I will check the inventory when I get back. We were given the inventory minutes before we moved in. It was written up between viewing and moving. If there's no bed on the inventory, but we signed up and paid prior to it being written on the assumption there were 4 beds, where does that leave us?

If it is on the inventory then it should be there, if not you need to get one if that is what you want / need.

Is the house rented for multiply occupancy?

If not does the LA /LL know you willbe sub letting to others.?
