Luxury log cabins in Scotland, any recommendations?

I'm trying to organise a short break in February for a few families. We're looking for luxury lodges in Scotland, no further south than Glasgow (we're all based near Aberdeen). I've had a look at Piper Dam but would like some alternatives. Any suggestions?
There will be 8 adults and 8 children, we'd like 2 lodges between us all.
Any ideas much appreciated.

If money is no object then check out cameron house at loch lomond.
very occassionally they do deals - but still pricey!

Or you may consider the gavinburn cottages. This is another beautiful place on the way to Loch Lomond0

I stayed at Crief hydro a few years ago for a hen do and would really recommend it. We had two lodges with an interlinking door plus balcony area so it was great. The ones we were in were quite posh but they did different styles at different prices and the facilities on site were good with things like archery, tennis, a spa and a ceilidh on the Saturday night.0
