Lloyds ppi, worth the wait

I made one phonecall to Lloyds ppi claimline last October. They found 4 loans, I had no paperwork for any of them. I have recieved just over £12,000!!!!!!
The moral of this story is, NEVER give up. It's taken 10 months, but, we got there in the end :j:j:j

Well done on your success :j just a quick question did you fill in forms as well? we have and almost 4 weeks later they haven't replied.Just wondered whether they will let us know anything one way or the other.

Hi Dinky, no, I didn't fill in any forms. Have you had a letter to say they are investigating your claim? There is a phone number on their website, but I found I got a better reply by emailing ppi.customer.relations@lloydstsb.co.uk

Got a letter back from the lloydstsb today saying our claim is under investigation.....will know either way within 8 weeks..if i'm reading their letter correctly.
