    Put a stamp on it.

    The word is 'steal' .

You need Royal Mails Business Reply Service. The licence fee is £86 a year plus the cost of the postage.

Given the licence fee of £86 and second class stamps at 50p a pop, if you had 171 stamps stolen, you are still up on the deal!

look on royal mails website, you could print the stamps online onto the envolope.
or invest in a franking machine

but even then, if they wanted to, they could cut it off and stick it onto another envolope!

Stamps are a lot harder to re-use now they are no longer lick-your-own. I'm sure you'll get a few who try to re-use them for something else and then probably give up.

I want one that will return the mail back to my company only, so no one can steal it.

My car insurance has it, they send an envelope pre paid to me and I can use it to return mail to them only for free.

Have you looked on the Royal Mail website? They have a range of products for small businesses - I think what you want is a 'reply paid' service.

I think the way the reply service works is Royal mail count the number of times a card is returned to you and then charge you for those deliveries.

As others have said contact Royal Mail and ask them.
