New plasterboard ceiling in garage - £850

if the garage has a room above it has to have fire rated plasterboard to conform to building regs and im sure would need to be inspected by building control0

^ Single layer of fire-rated plasterboard or two layers of regular plasterboard will suffice for BC.Everyone is entitled to my opinion!0
