Missing Disk Advice Please

As a long standing Money Saver I purchased a pre-owned doubleplay (Blueray + DVD) of the Lion King today from Grainger Games.
When I got home I realised that the package only contains the Blueray disk and not the DVD. The packaging and receipt mention nothing of the missing disk. Can I take the item back? Am I entitled to a refund? Thanks

I don't like getting old, but its better than the alternative!
