    Hi

Thank you for starting us off this week, my plan started Saturday.

Saturday - OH bought us dinner out

Sunday - Slow cooked beef with Rosti Potatoes, Veg, Gravy and a bread roll

Monday - Pasta Bolognaise with Garlic Bread

    Tuesday - BBQ Chicken

    Wednesday - Jambalaya

    Thursday - Chiili and Rice

Friday - Fish Cakes, Veg Rice and Salad
  • Mine will go something like this (though my children are away Friday to Monday, so i'm not sure what i'll eat)

    Freezer in bold

Tonight was [STRIKE]Prawn and asparagus tagliatelle[/STRIKE]
Veggie[STRIKE]toad in the hole with veg[/STRIKE]
Quorn burger or HM bean burger /[STRIKE]fish cake of some sort with actifry chips[/STRIKE]
This turned into Tuesday's meal as i thought we had sausages in but didn't -ooops!
    Thai curry with rice
    Bean Goulash with jacket potato
Quorn Sheperds pie topped with celeriac (though can never seem to get hold of this)

All subject to change as possibly some, weren't done last week.

I am now having veg chow mein tonight and possibly ariabatta with roasted courgette and red onion and pasta tomorrow, in order to use up YS courgettes bought last night. Also have mushrooms to use, so if they don't get used tonight, i may do a lasagne also and freeze whilst i have time on my hands.
