My meal plans just haven't been going to plan lately! I don't mind changing things round because I've got bargain veg to use up, but buying more stuff just because we fancy it is a no go!
    Plan for this week -

Mon - Minute steaks on ciabatta with sauteed muhrooms, sweet potato wedges and broccoli
Tues - Cheese and ham tortellini (out at theatre)
Wed - Gammon steaks with pineapple, macaroni cheese with spinach and green beans (from garden)
Thurs - Gammon steaks with pineapple, potatoes (from garden) and baked beans
Fri - Pizza (RTC, not hm! as we're both out)
Sat - Out at BBQ, so I'm taking chicken wings and some corn chips and salsa
Sun - Beef fried rice with curry sauce
Mon - Tomato, bacon and broccoli pasta bake

I have everything I need for these, so should only need to buy fruit and maybe sandwich stuff for lunches.
