Hope everyone is having a great week xxx
Wow, you're having a great week ShootForTheMoon, keep it up. :T
Well done on the adpoints/swagbucks too. I started with adpoints, but seem to have lost my way a little.
Today was a spend day, first one this week that hasn't been budgeted for. Met a friend for coffee, but hadn't had lunch, so needed to buy that too. £5.85 later.
Still pleased though as I expected to be spending around the £30 mark this week.
Well done on the weight loss flyinggiraffeSPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
Ok if I join in.... I have put £40.00 in my purse today
Thursday 22nd Again parking fee ( as above) £2.50
This is what I know I will/could be spending this week - but as we all know life is not that easy.......
Smokies
Didn't need to pay for parking as son dropped me off in the town, however I did spend £1.29 on a coffee, to have with my Home Made lunch, and I got some fruit from the market for £2.70
So total in my Purse £6.81 - Still got tomorrow but on target...Sell £750.00
Jan-feb-march - 150.000 -
Hmm,
Not had that good a week...
Spent £34.50, a few beers in the pub and a stash of starbucks via coffee for work being the major culprit.
At least writing down what I spend has made me think before I spend, which I guess has been useful.
Maybe next time will be better.
Well done to those who have stuck to their budget

Well I am finishing the week on £5.85 / £35. :j:j:j
Pleased with that as payday is still a week away so need to be really careful.
I've had another look at how I manage my finances, insure I do this almost weekly.
I've just opened another bank account, so I now have
Acc 1 - paid into this one and money is paid out the same day.
Acc 2 - weekly spending money. Includes money for my nails and hair.
Acc 3 - grocery and petrol money.
Really hope this helps me take better control of my pennies, esp whilst on maternity leave. Am planning on moving x amount into each of accounts 2 and 3 on payday and that has to last me, because at the moment I'm dipping into my maternity savings.
Hope everyone's had a good week
Am out for the day tomorrow so will set up new thread tomorrow eve/ Sunday morning,SPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
