I understand i can leave TT due to the price increase,i have 1 month left on my contract,how do i do it,can i just change and not pay the last month or do i have to inform them why i am leaving.

No, you have to formally reject the price increase by 31/8. All covered in the news pages:

It means what it says: that you state that you wish to leave without penalty, as the price increase is 'materially detrimental' to your contract.
I have no idea how you contact them, I suggest you put it in writing by RD: you have another 13 days.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
