confusion over Lloyds debt..help?

Im a bit confused after looking at my credit report so any help would be appreciated.
I had a bank account with Lloyds which I ended up going over drawn on, didn't have a job and couldn't afford to put right - roughly 2009 was when payments started going wrong and haven't made a payment since.
I also had a credit card with Lloyds when I was 18, maxed it out and couldn't afford the repayments after a few month because I was a £75 a week apprentice.
When applying for a house a few year ago I found out I had a CCJ on my credit file for Lloyds that I didn't know about.
Think that was for the credit card.
Just noticed that it is not on my credit file yet I am making payments of £20 a month to clarity debt solutions to pay it off.
Got a letter through the week from Lowell financial for a balance of just over £600 for 'an outstanding balance I have with LLoyds'
Iv checked my credit file and its the same balance as the bank account.
I am now married with children and paying off a lot of old debt.
Does anyone know why credit card account isn't on my credit file even though im making payments?
Is it worth ringing Lowell since they've caught up with me?

Credit accounts drop of your lie 6 years from default date paid or not. Unless they get a CCJ, then the CCJ stays for 6 years from granting.
So if its mor than 6 years, might explain why. Less Than that and it might have been sold and new owner hasn't put it back on yet.:beer:0
