Pension credit and help with mortgage

Currently my 'wife' (we separated a few years back) gets help with the mortgage on our home (we both live in it) as she is paid pension credit...she is shortly to move out and live with her sister and the house will be put on the market a few months later, in the meantime is she still able to claim help with the mortgage until its sold.
TIA
