chrome offset

can anyone help? Using internet explorer is ok except if I try and read some papers e.g. daily mail I have scripts running and it takes so long. I downloaded Chrome and it was ok until today. The google chrome page is offset so I can only see the minimize icon and there's a big gap to the left and on top. To close it I have to use alt+f4. I pay for norton security but have I got a virus of some sort?

I've found alt+spacebar maximises the page. Problem temporarilay solved. Thanks0

[Alt]+[Space] followed by [M] should allow you to move the window around using the mouse and/or cursor keys.0
