When you take sufficient time to spell out your case, I am sure that some regulars will spend sufficient of their time to respond.

thanks was on my mobile so a bit slow. the story I parked on bit of waste land that had euro parks signs up. enough space s for about 10 cars. parked there to pick up some medicines. when I returned a man parked his car behind mine so I could not get out. I under stand his anger as he pays money for the space. I parked on a rough bit that was very uneven and not suitable for a car. my car is a wreck lol.
I am versed with pcns as had quite a few and thanks to guys on here such as coupon and sodg24. my concern was how does it stand as the land I gather is euro parks. there wasnt a pcn stuck to car etc just got blocked in. as it is their land are they liky to pursue this one . thanks

That's better. Understand about sending from a mobile.

Well, you didn't get a windscreen ticket so you need to wait and see if you get a Notice to Keeper through the post.

They have 15 days to get it to you.

Keep a note of all dates. If you get one, come on here again, but you may be lucky.

still on mobile lol but not out in rain. if they took notice to pop along would they not put a pcn on the window? or can they just take pictures now and post them etc.
I am not overly worried about pcns however seeing the bit of land is actually owned by europarks will they actually have leverage on this one.
ta for reply by the way and my messages general short as I dont own a computer.

I used to post on tickets etc a bit but my main advice used to be wait for the expert posters lol

Unless I am missing something, you will know if there was a PCN on your windscreen or not.

If not, then they can send a NtK by post, but it has to be within 15 days of the event.

ok thanks there was nothing on wind screen and to be honest think the other driver was just pieddd off which I can understand as he pays for the park. I did apologise loads as I thought the space I grabbed was for a company that gone bust.
