I've had 2 addresses with a missing house number in the past 48 hours. The first one I actually had an email from the buyer who thought it was because she was relatively new- she said that previously her address had been right but this time (yesterday night) her house number was missing from some of her payments.

The second one I only noticed as it looked odd, and I checked it. I am a bit concerned in case I have missed others, looking at my POPs I do have a few where a number might or might not be missing- things like 'The Mews' which could be the name of the property or a street. I have checked all the ones that look worrying, like 'The Mews' and so far they all appear to be OK with no house number showing on the RM address finder.

My buyer was new also. Do you think it is a glitch or the buyers being sloppy?

What I don't understand is how the address can show as confirmed, when it is clearly incomplete.

Luckily, the majority of my eBay items are courier only, so it flags up if something is missing in the address. Obviously not the case if sending standard RM.

The 'New' buyer had 11 fedback already and has been registered about 3 months and said that it was only her payments made Sunday that missed off her number. The second one I found was a long established buyer and I emailed and they were unaware their number was wrong- gave me the house number and said they were going to take it up with paypal.
