Why am I missing my ESA payment?

Hi,
I have been receiving ESA for 2 years and DLA for 9mths. I moved to a new address 3wks ago and informed both relevant departments by letter. I was due my next ESA payment 2 days ago but I have had nothing. At first I thought it might be the bank as I am with NatWest and they have had these problems before but it is not. Has anyone had similar problems, is it because my address changed and why should this stop my payments? Who should I contact if I still don't get my ESA in the next couple of days? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm sorry but nobody can answer your question, you probably should have rang and queried this with DWP yesterday. You need to contact the Benefit Delivery Centre that deals with your claim on Monday, the number should be on letters you get from them."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0
