Passport Scam

I just want to bring people attention to an online company British Passport Applications.Yes I know I should have looked properly!! Yes i know technically they havent broken the law!! Yes i know it was my responsibility to be careful!!
This company have ripped me off for £92.50 fast track application which didnt actually arrive for 7 days.Their reply to me when i asked for a refund was "we have done everything correctly Do want you want!!" In my defence if i have one i was horrified to see my passport was expired a week before I was going on holiday.I was that worried and as i hadnt applied for a passport for 10 years for all intent and purposes i had no reason to think this was a scam,indeed the website looked like the genuine article.I had never heard of it but this week its in my local paper.And as ive looked around on forums about scams the actual firm british passport applications are actually advertising on the bottom of the sites,how cheeky is that.I dont expect to get my money back so will just cause as much trouble for this company as i can:j

there are posts like this on a weekly basis.

If you got a passport within 7 days that was fast tracked, they are taking about 3 weeks at the moment.

If you paid £92.50 altogether then it wasn't a lot over top of the passport fee and check and send (which many seem to love but I don't get).

Of course if it was £92.50 on top of the fee then:eek::eek::eek:

its not hidden its not in tiny print its there quite clearly.

I dont see this any differently to say play.com advertising a dvd for £10 and the same dvd being £8 on amazon. Play are'nt going to tell you that you can get it cheaper elsewhere.
