Eon and smart meters

Will Eon be fitting smart meters to customers in the Hydro Electric area or will it be Hydro Electric and Scottish Gas who will do that for Eon?

Or will I have to change to Hydro Electric and Scottish Gas to get smart meters?

    Hi retiredin2011

    Our Smart Meter roll out is currently confined to certain areas. I'm afraid, at the moment, the Scottish Hydro region isn't one of the areas where we're installing them.

    As the roll out gathers pace, though, all our customers will eventually be offered a Smart Meter regardless of the region.

    In the meantime, if you wish, you can register an interest in having a Smart Meter on our website.
