Two current accounts

Is there anything in the terms and conditions for Santander that requires I use their switching service or loose out on benefits because I would rather move the DD myself and not let FD know I am switching.
I have a Regular saver with FD and I think one of the terms is that it must be the main current account.
The FD Regular Saver only requires you to hold a FD current account, and doesn't need you to use it as your main account.
To avoid the monthly fee on the FD account you either need to transfer £1k/month in (you can just transfer from your Santander account and then straight back again a few seconds later), or have £1 in another FD savings account (anything apart from the regular saver).0
