Morning all, its a bit dull here but at least its not raining here at the moment.

firefly - just looked at that link about Devon/Cornwall it looks really bad. Isn't that where Katie is? I hope she is OK. Lovely pics today and thanks for the reminder about the Times comp I had forgot all about it. Love your egg timer, here is mine..

iluvcats - love your bargains, we went yesterday and also got carrots and the bread. When I got my new phone about 10 months ago I didn't know how to answer it either but I soon did - the first call was to tell me I had won a washing machine. Hope it brings you luck.

Sheils - if your DD3 came in for a shower at 11.45 before he went out what time did he get back? Thats kids for you.

Walwin - I have GK's but don't take them to a theme park as they always want you to go on the rides with them :rotfl:

Softpad - well done on the Shopping Voucher and have a lovely time at the 1940's day out.

Ellem - I expect you are really finding it cold at the moment having come back from Greece. Have a lovely meal with you family today.

We are just waiting for the DD1 and kids to call around as we haven't seen them for almost 2 weeks now.

Alfie - I didn't know either till son in law showed me, basically roast beef but instead of slicing it is pulled apart, sort of shredded, perfect for fajitas

What a shame, but at least it didn't happen on a busy road on the way there. Hope you win something nice instead. x

Keeps raining here so not going anywhere at the moment and got yesterdays washing soaked again.:(

Sheils you a master of itunes? Auto Sync would take more off than put on & messed up all my playlists.
On manual now but not a simple case of drag n drop! I'm swearing before I stumble across the right page.
(the old itunes system you could drag to the left easy-peasy)

My last smartphone was a swipe or something like that. (to answer a call) Red n Green on my candybar phone.

Have divided the mince roughly into 5 and frozen. (after the chicken affair I take no chances) Bacon is ok as salty and keeps ok.
