who's the first to win today?

    Is that me?

I've won this really cute print on twitter - It goes "I think I can…. I knew I could" Reminded me of that kids TV programme with the train up the hill!

Sadly no coffee machine. :( Must be one of the only people here without one or a tassimo! Mum's going on at me to win a steam mop too! Haha

Dreadful weather, coupled with an awful cold, so no volunteering for me today! Don't want to make the children ill!

Hope you're all well, taking some old clothes to centre point this morning to have a good clear out, plus numerous soap samples we have!

Have a lovely day everyone! xxx

    Morning all :)

Haven't caught up on the news in the Inn yet, hope everyone is well.

Enjoyed our trip to St Andrews although it was very cold. Came home the coastal route, as you suggested sheils, although not all of the way as my back was getting sore in the car.

Some lovely wee fishing villages though, nice to have a change of scenery.

Mind you it has taken me most of the weekend to catch up on the comps :rotfl:

    Have a lucky day all

Mystery parcel was my Dettol soap pump win.

With my lotto luck I'm more lucky to encounter a piece of that satellite

ESA said Friday that humans are 250,000 times more likely to win the lottery than to get hit by the debris from a falling space craft.

    Hi All!

Hope you're all well, had great weekends and have been very lucky!

Was busy, out and about over the last few days and I bought myself a sewing machine with my birthday money and vouchers (for hobbycraft), so I have been playing around with that.

Still catching up on the thread, so congrats to all the winners and good luck to everyone! :)

    xx

    Hi all

A book win for me today and tickets yesterday which I have already given away.

Very dark and dingy and finished clearing out the bedroom - been really ruthless! Have a load of carrier bags under the bed of toiletries perfume and cosmetics (wins) that I am very slowly going through but sometimes I think it will take years although not conplaining. My friend often goes away with a few bits after a visit :)

Going to give postals a bash too.

Have a good day all x

I have seen Superscrimpers before, yes! :rotfl:But that's not why I got one. I just love making my own things, but hand sewing takes an age and you can't quite get the same professional looking, uniformed stitch (well I can't anyway!). My boss has been taking dressmaking classes recently and has made some fab things and I have another friend who's very into it. She made me a patchwork quilt last year for my birthday. It's lovely! And a great alternative to a duvet in the summer months! :D

So far, I have made.....a lavender filled heart! lol I need to get a rotary cutter, cutting mat and giant ruler to help me cut the material so I can make my first cushion! :o:D

Speaking of my boss, she fell over in her porch at the weekend and broke her ankle in 3 places!!:eek: OUCH!!

I had the same prblem with the Jelly Belly game. Nothing arrived (nearly a week later) either, so I guess it definitely didn't go through! :(
