I used to run a lot of raffles for social club when working & won quite a few :eek: had to stop joining in buying the tickets as it looked a bit funny when winning them :rotfl::eek:
we made a rule whoever ran the raffles after that couldn't enter them :eek::rotfl:

Morning all
I got soaked taking kids to school too Sheils. Why does it always decide to pour down on a school run!
I've had to move hamster again as she has now worked out how to open her cage so she can torment jasper! She is not phased by him at all! Wired cage up for now till I get the bigger cage!

I love Blackpool Sheils and hoping to go take kids to see illuminations as two of them don't remember them! DH hates BPool though so might go with sis & family. Hope your DS is feeling better xx

I often wonder how the daddies and spiders get in too fire**fly. I would hate to see where their family is! :eek:

I don't have much storage left on my iPad ILC so I can't download much else! One of the reasons why I deleted candy crush!

Off to mums after work as she has app this morning with consultant and it's her bday too so hoping its good news to say chemo is working.

Your hamster sounds great wingo. DD's one was lovely but a real woose. Hope it is good news for your mum.

Don't understand peeps not liking Blackpool. I know lots of peeps look down their nose at it but I have loved it since I first went there at 16.
I never go into the slot machine places or anything like that but love the atmosphere though maybe not on a Saturday night.
DH wants a tram ride to Fleetwood as no-one ever wanted to do that when we went as a family.
Love the illuminations and haven't seen them for a few years. The Premier Inn at Bispham is really nice too and away from any noise.
Got it for £54 for the 2 nights.

Visitors don't have to stay all the time in Blackpool as coach trips, trams and trains take you to nice places around the place.


Wingo I cleared out 4gb of apps to get ios7 and have them back now ((via the cloud + PC (itunes))


I guess hamsters are domesticated so not shy. :eek:


It's going to warm up this weekend.

Taking it easy today as really bad nights sleep ........ lord knows what I get up to when I am in the land of nod .... but must have turned very awkwardly (or something :eek:) and woke at 2am with dreadful back pain - pulled muscle/muscle spasms - jings it was painful.

Was still awake at 4am whinging and moaning and puddy decided that mummy was awake so it must be playtime!! :eek::eek:

It's eased off now but def lazy day for me .... and cat also as she is now catching up on her zzzzz's

Been reading up on yon daddy longlegs ......... birdies love to eat them and ................ spiders love to feast on them - plenty of food for spiders then at the mo to make them fatter and bigger!!!! :eek::eek:
