Moscow State Circus free tickets

I've just been given some free tickets to the Harewood house Moscow State Circus. everywhere I look you can get free or half price tickets...is this a scam? why are there so many free tickets? Has anybody been, my daughter would love to go but I can't figure out why so many give always?

They will be ok. When the circus come to town here they go into local shop and the train station and give away loads of free tickets.
The only reason I can think of is you may get 2 free tickets and have to buy some more for your children. Then of course there is the rubbish they try to sell you when you are in there, like the light toys.0 -
usually when the state circus comes to our town, there are free tickets given to the local newspaper, and you just cut out a voucher from it and get in free.
The concessions are fairly expensive, I think thats where they make most of their money to be honest.0 -
the other thing is in all the tickets that are given out only a small percentage actually take them up on the offer (like what applause store does for its shows as they know x will apply but not all will turn up):T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one

I have been for the last 4 years using the free tickets (never buy concessions - i take my own and even give the lids flashing wands i get from my wholesaler) You wont be disappointed it gets better each year. cant wait for this years show0 -
i love the MSC its not been to Lincoln for several years
