New Kitchen on a Tight Budget

Thanks for all the advice, I've managed to find units matching what is already here and cheaper than expected from Robert Price. My landlord has also agreed to pay half for it so overall I'm getting what I want.
I can see why some of you are saying I would be better moving but I really couldn't get a house like this in an area I like without paying at least £100 a month more rent, my landlord is useless for getting repairs and maintenance done but the house itself is perfect for us.
If he did up the rent a bit I couldn't complain too much as it hasn't been increased for 3 years, my last house with the LA went up every year.0
