Huge increase in Saga medical insurance premium

Just got renewal invitation for our Saga private medical insurance and both our policies have increased by 35% for next year. No claims made since policy taken out 7 years ago.
We have seen 25% increases in earlier years but this is just ridiculous.
Has anyone else seen rises of this size?
What sort of percentage increase in premiums have others seen on their medical insurance policies?
