I had to return a faulty item to PC world earlier today and as I made the original purchase a couple of months ago, I fully expected to be given the "you will have to take it up with the manufacturer" speech

This didn't happen and the only thing I was asked was did I want a new unit (modem/router) or a refund. There was no testing of the item I took back and they just took me at my word that the modem didn't work (in fact, they didn't even open the box to see what was inside).

PC World often get bad reviews on here so I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service.
