I have a Sony Vaio SVE1711R1EB and the webcam is accessed through Arcsoft Webcam Companion 4.
The webcam works fine via Skype but I cannot run it independently to capture videos.
Webcam Companion says Webcam not found.
I have uninstalled the driver for the webcam and it reinstalled when I rebooted. I installed another copy of Webcam Companion 4 and used it to try to fix my version but it still says I have no webcam.
Please help
