If you're into walking and don't mind early mornings, my favourite times to see the Sagrada Familia and other super touristy spots when I lived in Barca were at stupid o'clock in the morning. Especially when we were walking home after nights out.
Also, if you're out and about and find yourself near a Bonpreu, they're handy little supermarkets and the one near Urquiniona has a little takeaway that does entrepa de truita which roughly translates to the tastiest sandwich on the planet - a baguette with spanish omelette in it.
