Free Loft Insulation CSCO

Anyone had free loft insulation done under the CSCO scheme?

I had surveyor in last month and said I could have it done and I will hear back in a couple of weeks. Still haven't heard anything so I phoned them up (Dyson Energy Services) and they say they have to forward my case to an "energy company" which could take up to 2 months. Is this true or are they fobbing me off?

I've read some reviews about Dyson Energy Services on the Internet that they seem to take ages getting work done for various reasons.
