    Thank you Persilflage for a brilliant post - I will try the potato salad with soaking onions in balsamic vinegar first as I've never heard of that before!

    We've never tried gas but I think may have had at some friends over the years but food didn't taste that good to make us want to buy.

    I love the smell of BBQ food cooking, even just the initial starting phase of BBQ before the food goes on, smells lovely to me!

    Unluckily had a neighbour once who hated the smell of BBQ so had to warn her first and she would be so miserable over it that we stopped having them - terrible time :(

    Wish we could have one every weekend or more often as I love BBQ's - food tastes the best definitely :)
