Quote for painting soffits and the outside of the house

Hi,
Would appreciate it if anyone can confirm if £950 is a reasonable quote to paint the front and back of the house (pebble dashed) walls and the soffits? The quote includes the cost of the paint.
My house is in Dagenham if that makes any difference.
I did get another quote for £500 but this was just to do the walls

How big is the house? One or two coats of paint? What paint will he supply? What state is the masonry in? Has it been painted before or is it bare naked pebbledash (or is it spardash?)? How much prep work does the woodwork need? Is he using a tower or ladders?

Hi thanks for coming back to me. The pebble dash is sound so no repairs needed there and it's never been painted before. The paint on the soffits is peeling off so he will have to work on this a fair bit before painting. He will be doing 2 coats of Sandtex masonry paint after 1 coat of stabiliser. The house is a two bed mid terrace.
