Glary Utilities non-admin

A colleague has a lap top with Windows 7. There are 2 users, one an admin and one (his son) a normal user.
Ive installed Glary utilties as the admin but the normal user cannot run it without putting in the admin password. I notice the icon for the program has a little shield in the corner which presumably is an indicator that admin privileges are required.
Is there a way of making Glary Utilities run as a normal user so his son can run it regularly?
Thanks

no sorry it has to be done via the admin password
as a normal account doesn't have the rights to do it0
