Implication of boiler being too powerful

Hi all,
i've put a replacement combi boiler quote on the 'is this quote fair?' thread. I think the quote is fair and the helpful reply I've had has endorsed this view but raised the doubt I did have about the boiler being a bit more powerful than I need.
I currently have a 28 and it can't cope but then it's old and faulty hence why we're replacing it. The quote is for a Worcester Bosch 34 CDI.
Our house has 10 rads of which two are small plus a towel rail. It's a c100sqm Victorian semi with only one bathroom (4 sinks/basins, three toilets but only one bathroom).
I've been to the WB website and can see that it's bigger than they recommend. Is there a drawback to a boiler being a bit more powerful than required?
thanks as always!

A 28? One of these? It only runs on Tuesdays and Saturdays? I can see the problem ....abankerbutnotafatcat wrote: »

You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -
I couldn't remember the unit of measurement that the 28 stood for but I presumed that boiler engineers would understand what I meant. 28KW!!0
