Hi folks!
A question for you.....have any of you received emails from TNS about you changing your boxes last collection time when you haven't done so? I've had an email which says the following......
"Dear Panellist,
You have recently updated the Last Collection Time for postbox ID ******* M-F to 18:00:00, however Royal Mail have the collection time listed as 17:15:00
Please can you re-check the last collection plates of the above postbox and confirm the Collection Time that is displayed on the post box......."
Any ideas before I email them back telling them nothing has changed?
Thank you,
C x0 -
Yes, I've had it. I wondered if it was another panellist using the same box.
I just email to tell them what the box really says, and a couple of times I've been asked to send photos of the posting times. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

I got a couple of these emails last month I think. The first time I got an email I thought perhaps I had clicked something accidentally. After the second email I thought I must be getting forgetful! Anyway I just replied to both emails to say that I hadn't changed anything as of course I hadn't meant and couldn't recall doing so. Haven't seen posts here about this I feel reassured that this is a glitch on TNS' side!0 -

I had the same thing the last time I was on the survey. I also just replied I hasn't changed anything and never heard any more.0 -
Has anyone else been asked to take part in a trial in a couple of weeks, using a smartphone app?0
