Hi,
I have a PPI claim going through with the FCSC as the company who sold me the policy have ceased trading.
How long roughly does it take to get it sorted?
Am i right in thinking around 8 weeks?
I returned the paperwork around 5 weeks ago.
Thanks.

It depends, each case is individual, as they are only compensating for the PPI I don't think the 8 weeks applies to them.
Hopefully you won't have to wait too much longer.0 -
