Hello,
there's a couple of questions I have and some of them might not be applicable to this forum but here we go.
Background
We rented a warehouse and with the permission of the leaseholder we were able to transform the pretty much derelict warehouse into a lovely space with a few rooms for people to live in. This was done by myself and another party so we both had 50% each and paid for all the work and items as such. We only had temporary contracts as that's what the leaseholder would give us until we could get proper permission from the council. Nowthe owner and the person we had a contract with have coluded behind my back and signed the contract together.
Here come the questions
1. Are there any legal avenues I can go through as this was supposed to be a 50/50 partnership
2. I purchased most of the items in the place, all the electrical equipment, bathrooms, boiler are things that were bought by myself, how if there is no recourse can I get these back.
sorry if this is too long, but i've basically been screwed over for quite a lot of money at this point and am quite worried.
Cheers

Did you not involve your own solicitors at any time?

short answer, no.0

your problem is not really relevant to this board
you have a "straightforward" legal dispute over a contract (or lack of it!) and you need proper legal advice from the solicitors you failed to use first time round0
