Be careful: if you are running the kind of raffle where tickets are sold in advance, you need to have the draw registered (with your local council?) and have full details on the tickets of who's responsible.
Those tickets usually have a counterfoil: that's what you need. the buyer's details go on one section and are returned to you. You contact the winner with their 'ticket' in front of you.
I'd also suggest that you need the permission of the MA to do this in their name, and that they should be able to advise you on the legalities.Signature removed for peace of mind0
