Canada Square again!!

Canada Square have decided that my claim for mis-sold CRP on my creditcard will not be upheld and closed.
Despite them asking me to send my proof to substantiate my claim if I so wish to continue the complaint which I did, I received a copy of the original letter sent to me, with no discussion with regards to the additional information that was sent even though I have proof they received it.

On speaking to the Ombudsman, they asked me to send them the complaint form I sent in to Canada Square. Very stupidly I did not get a copy of it so I wrote to Canada Square again asking for the original or a copy. Yet again I receive yet another copy of the original refusal letter!!

Can I still go to the Ombudsman without this form?
Thanks
